As it does every year, BARC (Business Application Research Center) is unveiling its latest edition of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Survey, which has become a benchmark in the world of BI.
In this 2024 version, no less than 1,480 people were questioned and 21 Business Intelligence solutions were screened according to a range of criteria: competitiveness, performance, customer satisfaction, etc.
Once again, DigDash has come out on top, proving itself to be one of the best dataviz and analytics tools on the market, with a number of leading positions.
One of the most competitive tools on the market
The results of the BI & Analytics Survey underline this: DigDash is on a par with the major international vendors in the sector, and is winning over decision-makers. As proof, 75% of those who evaluated DigDash as part of a benchmark decided to buy it.
Record satisfaction and recommendation rates
89% of customers surveyed said they were satisfied with DigDash Enterprise, impressed not only by the tool’s performance, but also by its many features, such as dashboards and reports, and ad hoc analysis.
